German translation of Chalder Fatigue Score

Deutsche Übersetzung des Chalder Fatigue Scores

This is a translation of the Chalder Fatigue score into German which we are testing at work with a cohort of long-covid resp. post-covid patients. First use has shown it to be a useful tool for discrimination of fatigue patients of whom almost all are in treatment for long/post covid syndrome. It has the additional advantage that most patients can fill it in themselves and is reasonably short. Scoring can be done either bimodally or with a Likert scale.
